Understand and breakdown the set up of your poses as well as understanding the mechanical movements and engagements like lat activation and internal/external rotations.  Avoid  developing bad habits and making common posing mistakes. Once you have mastered the front, sides and rear pose set then you can move onto Level 2.

Level 2 tutorial : Learn to add flow to your quarter turns by adding the transitions in to blend your poses together, we will break down the footwork and then add in the upper body to add style and flow. We will also experiment with alternative positions to showcase your best angles so you can decide which poses showcase your best WELLNESS physique!

Level 3 tutorial : Join me on stage as we add flare and personality to your posing , practice your walk , on stage , down stage towards the judges and walking away . Identify which wellness poses work for you and add to your routine (Iwalk/Individual posing)  Lastly learn how to connect with the judges through your stage presence to ensure you stand out from the other competitors.
